日前，在位于中国河南省西峡县太平镇的老界岭景区，南阳张仲景国医国药学院的退休人员正在练“无极桩.

老界岭是伏牛山世界地质公园的核心和精髓，是国家5A级旅游景区、国家级自然保护区、中国天然氧吧、河南省森林康养基地，中国南北气候的分界线、长江流域和黄河流域的分水岭。

近年来，西峡县一直在挖掘仲景健康经方和康养药膳，推进药膳茶饮融入城市和景区，提升仲景养生小镇省级旅游休闲街区功能，举办“中医药文化夜市”，激发文旅康养消费潜力。

西峡县突出恐龙、仲景、屈原、重阳等文化特色和地域特点，在6家景区设立文化服务中心，开展艺术表演、图书阅览、非遗展示进景区活动，促进文化和旅游共生共荣。

“西峡县以打造生态康养旅游目的地为抓手，全域联动、全面融合、全业共促，培育康养式文旅、旅居式乡村，探索出了‘创新驱动、产业支撑、融合发展’的民富县强、幸福西峡建设实践。”西峡县委书记马俊说。

Integration of Healthcare and Wellness Promotes Development of Cultural and Tourism Industries in Xixia County, Nanyang City, Henan Province, China

Recently, in the Laojieling Scenic Area located in Taiping Town, Xixia County, Nanyang City, Henan Province, China, retirees from the Zhang Zhongjing College of Chinese Medicine in Nanyang were practicing "Wu Chi Posture".

Laojieling is a national 5A-level tourist attraction, a national nature reserve, China's "natural oxygen bar", and a forest health care base in Henan Province. It serves as the climatic demarcation line between southern and northern China, as well as the watershed between the Yangtze River basin and the Yellow River basin.

In recent years, Xixia County has been exploring Zhang Zhongjing prescriptions and medications to promote medicinal cuisine and tea drinks in urban areas and scenic spots. Meanwhile, the county has enhanced the functions of the Zhang Zhongjing Wellness Town as a provincial-level tourism and leisure district. Besides, it has hosted the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Night Market" to stimulate consumption potential in the cultural, tourism, and wellness sectors.

Xixia County emphasizes its cultural distinctiveness and regional characteristics, such as dinosaurs, Zhang Zhongjing, Qu Yuan, and the Chongyang Festival. It has established cultural service centers in six scenic areas. These centers host art performances, book reading sessions, and intangible cultural heritage displays to promote the coexistence and mutual prosperity of culture and tourism.

"Xixia County is dedicated to transforming into an ecological health and wellness tourism destination through a fully integrated and collaborative approach across all sectors to foster health-oriented cultural tourism and residential rural experiences. This has led to the exploration of a pathway driven by innovation and supported by industry with integrated development to build a prosperous and joyful Xixia," remarked Ma Jun, secretary of the Xixia County Committee of the CPC.
